  • correct me if I am wrong, but won't the horse stance be stronger if the student leans forward about 15-20 degrees more? For example, I can give him a slight push and he will lose balance if he is doing this stance.

I am researching to find the perfect horse stance right no because there are so many variations. thanks.

  • @fake1009 Depends on how low the stance is...the less the legs are bent the straighter you should be. This being a beginner class...we are introducing to counter ideas...being straight and being low...ultimately the student will have to feel the best position for themselves.

  • @fake1009 there is no 'perfect' ... all stances have weakness ... you just have to know WHERE a specific stance is weak.
