Hola, para ganar peso y tonificar tus musculos, te recomiendo que a las rutinas que estas haciendo le agregues peso, y consumas alimentos asi como pescado, frijoles, huevo aguacate...!!! Gracias.. y recuerda buscarme en FB español "Tiffany Rothe Español"

Sigo tus rutina desde hace ya meses, las llevo al igual que una dieta, y he bajado 15 kilos, los cuales se hacen sentir muy sexy y atractiva, la ropa me queda super, y pues nada sigo haciendo ejercicio porque quiero marcar mi estomago que este firme pues tuve mi embarazo y no me gusto que haya quedado flacido, dime de una rutina especial para disminuirlo....Gracias

from the results I had, working your butt out lifts your butt and makes it rounder rather than completely making it bigger, besides the fact if you have a complete flat butt. @omglep19

I enjoyed this workout. I definitely don't need a bigger butt but I would certainly like to make it more fit. I enjoyed this workout the most of all. It was short but you put in work here! I wanted to do it again as soon as I was done.
