Family dollar isn't bad but as a personal rule for myself i never buy food from places like that. Especially perishables or diary, chances are it may be tampered with or spoiled etc. However for detergents paper goods etc, even household decor, and buying in bulk, family dollar is really great.

@RcUniverseGuy that is why it is called Family Dollar and not Single Dollar, because it takes a "family" of dollars and not just a single dollar to buy most of their products.

What a dumb video. The store shown isn't even a dollar store. Then they say you will save money on plastic and paper items, even though buying disposable items is a waste of money in itself! Then they if you don't recognize the name brand it might be "fake." Uh no it's not fake, it's just generic. Duh!

Maybe a fake? Family Dollar doesn't carry bootleg stuff people. It comes from the manufacturer directly to the warehouse. Just like grocery store.
