@JCGCINC ok I'm a moron because you say so, but that fact of the matter is Dana has no resources to invest. Zero! He was a struggling boxing promoter who had nothing to lose if the project failed, and without Lorenzo's investment and business acumen the ufc wouldnt be where it is today.

Great interview! Lorenzo's always interesting to listen to (even though he rarely does interviews), and one thing you get from him whenever he speaks is the sense that he's actually the brains behind the UFC's success. Where Dana refuses to give various info, Lorenzo provides it and at times gives really intricate details.
One fact (with video footage available) is that Dana was against the idea of TUF, TUF being what saved the UFC; so it's most likely that Lorenzo made the decision to do TUF!
