Yes, I am a woman, and I LOVE my newly home-built AR-15. Most of the parts came from Bravo Company USA. In this video I show pretty much everything I can think of that has to do with my AR.

  • When measuring over-all length always measure with the stock fully extended. I don't have it handy but there is a letter from the ATF that I got on AR15com that explains that measurements are always taken at the maximum extended position. The same applies to AKs such as underfolders and side folders for example.

I love the rifle and seeing your videos. I need to build a rifle for my wife and I have been kinda going by what you have for similar weight/sixe for her.

thanks for the comments! I do love the size/weight of my rifle - to see it all set up with my current configuration, search on youtube for "AR Overview and Upgrades" - This video shows my older setup.

  • where did you get that dust cover? it's awesome!

  • You sure know your shit, lol

  • I have that AR Case.

  • Try shooting your rifle with the sight back further. The rear peep on an AR should be approx 1.5"-2" from the shooting eye. You should see your avg groupings tighten up a lot just from this simple move. Think M16A2... back before the carry handle was removable and where your eye would end up if your nose was on the charging handle.

  • ever think about getting into a Kalashnikov? For diversifying and the 30 cal AKs are a must have for the tool box IMO, Thanks for the vids Falia!

  • cont try squeezing the trigger holding it back a fraction longer then release, to help grouping of the target these are just suggestions only

  • just looked at you firing looks like your far too squashed up, I would suggest you pull the butt a bit further back,

I do not understand the handle up front? your firing supported, (which looks far too high for you, a sand bag would be better) & remove the forward handle & rest the stock on your left hand, (a that hand only lightly grips the rifle when shooting) you then might find your self firing more comfey, cont

  • nice video, I used AR15 & M16 in the Army (British Army) would suggest you measure you eye re-leaf, (from the eye to rear sight, when holding the stock in the correct position in the prone unsupported), this should help you decide on length of butt as well.

You rifle sounded dry, do you not oil you rifle.

  • You still have that bushmaster?
