  • @GoodEreader I was on eBay looking for this nook and I noticed that some people stole your picture.

  • @AlexsTechReviewz Yeah we noticed that as well. We should have watermarked it :(

  • By god, what did you film this with? A 4-year old cellphone cam?

  • Kindle is over, sorry folks, it's time to switch.

  • @NewYorkCityTimes

i agree with u, just got the nook 2nd gene

  • weird red flash at 20

  • gonna give my 1st Edition Nook to a friend and get one of these.

I was about to get a Sony Pocket Reader for the touch screen and pearl display, and just deal with no wifi. But the Nook Simple Touch Reader gives me all the features i want (including that extra portability over 1st Edition Nook).

Not interested in Kindle due to no ePub.

  • did anyone else notice the red flash at :20

  • this doesnt impress me much. Kindle 3 works well for me atm.And the thing I care the most is the screen contrast, the New Nook has the same contrast with K3 so yeah. But I do like the Touch screen tho. pretty sure the next Kindle will have touch screen too.

  • @patriotrower If you have an eReader already, its not worthwhile to replace it IMO. Especially if you have one supported by a different ecosystem. Whenever you can freely access books purchased from other ebook stores on any device, the ereader market will really explode.

  • @macrimmon Meh, already have kindle 3, don't want to spend another $120 for something that's basically the same.
