@GodofGambler1978 Yeah that would be an awesome collection, the value alone...
But probably will never happen since the fans will keep buying remakes and re-releases. Which is fine for Square but does get expensive for the fans.
Let's hope they'll make remakes of FF 6 - 9 soon.

@WebVManReturns And that doesn't cover FF III for Famciom, remade for DS and the fact that FF, FF IV, and FF V were ported to Virtual Console while FF I, FF II, FF IV, FF V, and FF VI were ported to PSN.
