This statement was about flip-flopping (like Obama) to gain votes with the public. McCain stuck with his values and supported the war during his entire campaign. I'm not saying the war is justified or wrong, I'm just saying it had nothing to do with his feelings about US soldiers.

Correct, the proof comes from his continually voting against bills that would have provided more armor, weapons and free college to returning troops.

thats not admitted he doesnt care about the troops. wow go to school . learn how to not always beleive the media and do some research to find that was taken out of context.and there is nothing in that statement that even impleys that he wants US soldiers to die.
