@hellbender111 ur pretty dead on. Destroying these weapons is certainly a plus in helping to protect the people. As a second year chemistry student...making VX, sarin, agent 33 tabun etc isn't really that hard, chemistry is an art with a 1001 backdoors u cannot ban the precursors because u can always buy legal ones to make the illegal ones then ur back on ur way to CW of mass destruction. Sure terrorists know this, if they can get a lawyer to blow himself up i am sure they can find a chemist.

i wouldnt worry about russia being "disarmed." destroying corroded mustard gas from 1950 will barely put a dent in an already overwhelming stash. this is just more propaganda pathetically fed to any sucker willing to buy it in europe and america.

I would guess you are a person that belives in conspiracies. The truth does not get delivered on a plate you have to assemble the Information for diffrent sources. Yes, the UK has the capacity to manufacture chemical weapons as we are one of the world leaders in the chemical and biotechnology industries.

Britain does not have chemical weapon stocks we do research on chemical weapons and virology. Russia has 40,000 tons of chemical weapons stockpiled from the cold war that they are getting rid of with help from Germany.
