they pulled all the physical evidence against Dyleski out of their asses hours
or days after the cops found nothing, with the convenient explanation that 'mom hid it'.

He did it.
He met his 3rd wife one month before his wife was murdered. She was a juror on another case he was on, Susan Polk case.
funny his wife ends up dead a month later. He hires this young woman a few days after his wife is murdered, then he moves her into the mansion and marries her.
the DNA evidence was fraud.
New trial is coming, Dyleski will be set free.

It amazes me --- People who make unsupported comments claiming Scott Dyleski is innocent have never taken the time to learn the specific case facts.
Pamela Vitale's DNA was found inside Scott Dyleski's shoe. Scott Dyleski's mother personally drove her son's shoes to the DA's Office & turned them over to the prosecutor.
Also --- Scott Dyleski's DNA was found on the bottom of Pamela Vitale's foot. It's presumed Pamela Vitale kicked Scott Dyleski while on her back & her legs flailing in the air.

This murder was devastatingly vicious. This offender is a deeply scary person. Mr. Horowitz has become one of the most brilliant but gentle advocates for justice - on all sides of the equation - in the nation.

I knew Pam's family. If you only knew how gentle and wonderful these people are....it was all the more tragic. It is beyond heartbreaking. I am an abolishionist against the dp, and I can only imagine how difficult this is for Mr. Horowitz. God bless and keep you, and Pam, and the rest of the family also, always.

It's amazing how the interviewer interrupts Mr Horowitz just when he is trying to get into the painful subject of his wifs's death. (3:11)
