  • you are doing it wrong, KNEES needs to be on the ELBOWS, right now your thighs are rammed against the side of your elbows, which is wrong

  • ohh, yeah, this was a while ago, i just recently realized that, but we learned it before in school to rest it on inner knee/thighs

  • hehe yea, i was doing wat u did for about 2 weeks or so and i was able to hold it for like 60seconds but found it was wrong and it didnt help with strength much.

    Just thought i'd give u a heads up cuz i was pretty disappointed to find out i wasted like 2 weeks of training =P

  • your right, i tried it the other way its more harder to keep balance and stay like that.
