BUYER BEWARE. Navigon is a dishonest company that has abandoned thousands of customers who purchased GPS devices in the last year. Their Navigon USA -- Chicago but provides no hardware support, map updates or customer support. The sad part is that their GPS was a good product and offered innovative solutions to the industry but without software, map updates & warranty support, the product is useless. Buy from this company at your own risk.
