(Sacramento) - In his annual State of the State Address to the State Legislature, California's Governor Jerry Brown told lawmakers fixing the state's budget crisis will require serious and painful choices. Assemblymember Jerry Hill (D-San Mateo) says he understands the need to make difficult choices in order to move the state forward, but believes voters have the right to help decide California's future.     And we are a Republic, not a Democracy, and we will vote, WE will vote NO, quit overspending; Geez, all of you are Socialists and you have spend this state into a huge hole.
