I can honestly say this song is amazing, it's so powerful. I love Matchbox twenty but there is something about this song. I guess I'm in a point in my life where this song says every bit of what I'm going through. If that makes any sense. I dk.... I think everyone at one point or another has fallen out of love with someone and to me this is what this song means.

I didn't realize that the reason the girl breaksup with him is because while hes sleeping she wonders what hes dreaming and realizes she doesn't care, thats a pretty good way of figuring out whether to break up with someone or not

i've been there, done that. where he f'd up was to leave her in the van, which was hers, and let her diss him. kick him to the curb. if he had any thoughts about her, this behaviour brought this to an abrupt end. what she wanted was a response from him. personally, i would have said something to the effect of 's'ok, i didn't want to catch anything anyway' and walked away.
