I remember seeing when they were talking about video violence on Swedish tv and one of the movies that they brought up was Cannibal Holocaust. Whats funny enough though is that they didnt bring up anything on the fact that they used real animals in the sense when animals got killed. But they were talking mostly about the scene when they find the female being impaled on that pole.

I know that the actors when they were killed in the movie it was fake, but the animals i heard were real, also real deaths! I have a HUGE heart for animals. The creator kinda deserved to go to jail, if he did.

@bersaba im not saying it looks real but its far to many who use that frase "doesnt look real because its not as much blood or its not as much flesh as in real life." even if they have only played games or seen other movies which have a lot of gore in them. I thought you were one of them. sorry ;)

No, but I am a nurse and have worked in ORs before. But even without that experience, it still looks "fake" just from the ease at which they get torn apart. We're not made of jello, it takes a bit of effort to rip someone in two.
