Dude, that was NASTY! Why didn't you put some sauce in a bowl to baste your burgers with??? I hope you threw that container of sauce in the trash. And those burgers were all deformed looking.

Wow - those are some raggedy-edged patties!
I have a very similar press (it's yellow & the top is not bun-shaped), and it does a better job if you use more meat - but they can be a pain in the ass to get out of the mold.
Your grilling does look interesting though. I've never put lemon on beef.
PS - Please wash your hands after touching raw meat - and for goodness sake, don't touch raw meat with the brush and then put it in the container! Pour the amount you need into a bowl and use that !
