  • I think these cases are ideal. I have a cell built out of a double one and use the second as a bubbler. I like your heatsink design on the top. I inadvertently used a nickel electrode on one side of mine and it got hot and started to disappear through the top of the case.sorted now and working much better.

I used perforated stainless plates with trimmer string as a separators.

  • Yes even with the heatsinks on the terminals they still appear to radiate a lot of heat. On the one end opposite of the heatsink it get over 250F+ degrees. Still it did cut down some of the heat using the heatsink.

The HHO-Cell is pulling heat also, but I was going to pump ambient air through the container on the side of the HHO-Tubes to try to pull the heat from the container.

Will have to experiment to see what works and what doesn't, but otherwise YES these containers are a sure win for HHO

  • Its funny that you mentioned the melting electrode. Just lost one through the top today, connection loosened, and I removed the cooling fan and boy it melted clear through.

That fan worked like a charm to keep the terminals cooler. Also, the sized screw (quarter-20thread-3") acts as a current limiter at the low voltage mark.

  • Thermoelectric modules for waste heat back into E. "Windmill generators" combined with the moving Car tires. 12V solar cells on the car Roof. Vaporizing the Gasoline to get 40+ more efficient fuel usage. GEET Systems, All combined with an outside battery. That alone combined with an efficient electrolysis unit could make a damn near 100 percent efficient ICE or "Car". Everyone could use those methods combined with "Hydroboosters" and make a real difference.

  • Thermoelectric is an entire different story for design characteristics, possibly harnessing waste heat from your exhaust. Which I believe puts out 751F directly off the header ports.

Another thing to consider, is the Green-Mean-Steam-Machine for making a steam generator off your waste heat on the exhaust. Coupled to a generator head to help keep batteries banks charged or directly to the HHO-Cells for production.

Your ideas are interesting, thanks for the info and the advise.

  • is that the Beatles in the back ground music?

  • Did you otice which post went South ? + or -,

I think it wasmy + that got hot. I put it down to the fact that the electrode on that side was nickel and not stainless, and also that it may have been shorting against another plate. Scary place for a potential leak. I had a clip atached to that electrode and if it had caused a spark...??? Blammo.

I'll try to post a video so you can see the cell.

  • Well even at the 120F degree mark, the temperature could be used to pump ambient air through it. It would help in taking water vapor along with the HHO-gas. So it would help the engine even more, plus it would help take the heat along with it.

Use the little heat that is there and take advantage of it. I know people want to eliminate the heat output of the HHO-Cell. Honestly, it isn't necessary, as long as we can control it. Or otherwise take advantage of the heat and make use of it. --S :=)

  • the vapour is like the top of a glass of soda water.

To emit small bubbles of gas, as a carbonated or fermenting liquid.

To escape from a liquid as bubbles; bubble up.

To show high spirits or animation.

  • i can fill mine with ice for you and itll sit producing that lvl of gas and remain iced for a very long time 45-60 min at least. give it a try!
