Olivia Scenes 8/12/09

We start off where the last episode ended. Olivia in bed with Josh. Josh gets a call from Reva and skedaddles. (Is that how you spell that word?) Olivia then goes to the convenience store thingy-place and runs into Rafe. (I have been curious as to if it's supposed to be a full on grocery store or just a small store. Then there is that red bench part where you can sit and eat or read women's magazines as James did in this episode. Is it like one of those gas station places? Why am I thinking too much into this?) He mentions his pleasure at Olivia's misfortune and leaves. I would of personally backed slowly away from him as it would make since for him to decide to grab the conveniently placed Tropicana Orange Juice carton and whack Olivia with it.

Rafe then talks to Marina about his mother. I wasn't going to add that scene at first. In fact all I was thinking was if someone would put me out of my misery of seeing both those characters together. Then Doris appeared in that scene and so I kept it.

Doris then comes to see Olivia and they talk about themselves. Crystal Chappell keeps showing her awesomeness with her ability to balance a pencil between both feet. That was the best part of the episode. Olivia then kisses Doris on the cheek. I am quite certain that if GL wasn't canceled that there would be some sort of love triangle going on between them. Doris and Olivia are cute together. (It doesn't trump my Otalia love so don't worry.) The episode ends with Olivia calling Ava and wondering if Emma wants to come home and then Olivia going home and thanking Josh for being a good friend.
