sehwag was not out the ball was pitched within the line but was in 40 cm rule where it must be the on field umpire's call. TEN SPORT owner used the hawkeye not properly as well.

That's only true if it pitches outside off stump. If it pitches outside leg, it doesn't matter if you offer a shot or not, it's not out.
