the answer is simple, Bengali people are disastrous when given rights. Such rights must be seized from the Bangladeshi people and command them to do and what not to do. We must not forget the fact that the Bangladeshi people are good listeners so long as you have a stick in your hand and this was clearly demonstrated during the military government of Mr Ershad in the 80's the again during the so called The Caretaker Government of 2006 to 2008.

Why do the Indian authorities do little for its Bengali people within its borders? Why did Britain encourage the division of Bengal Between 1905 and 1911?

Bangladesh is divided from within and it will remain so for many years to come and in order for that to be put right, somebody has to take full responsibilities and deprive democracy from the Bangladeshi people and command them not to intervene in national politics.
