  • im 10 weeks after surgery today and i have full range of motion so now im really trying to get it into a normal strength knee. i had hamstring graph and my acl was the only thing damaged. Today i went swimming and it seems like i need more endurance because i wasn't able to swim long distances, just short bursts. i injured my knee playing soccer after trying a header and had a bad landing.

  • GREAT POST MORE MORE

Hitting 10 weeks post acl recon on left knee, hamstring graft. My main problem before surgery was i am right footed so when my left foot was planted to kick a ball with power the joint would slip and be very painful, only happened once as i damaged my knee 6 weeks before. Luckily the surgeon reported there was no meniscus damage. My question is will i be able to kick a ball full force without that slip in the joint once i have done full rehab/timeline etc.
