At Gelt Inc. we work hard for our investors. We are constantly scouring the market for the best deals before they even reach the general public. On our last weekly trip up to Bakersfield, we viewed multiple properties that had a lot of potential. We wrote multiple offers and are continuing to be extremely proactive in acquiring the best cash flowing deals possible. Our current goal is to write at lease one to two offers per week.

As you can see in the videos we are hands on with all of our properties, whether it be going on the roof to inspect the condition of the A/C units to walking through every unit to make sure everything is functioning properly.
