so i have'nt watched these,because i did'nt want to be confronted with it.
but i've started watching them today,to try to get me hyped to lose some weight..
and i realy want to go for it.but the problem with me is that i'm totally not hungry for real food until like 6 a clock for dinner.i usualy eat some meat,and some patatoes..
nothing more.and then later at night i get hungry,and grab a cookie,maybe some candy and so on.does anyone have any tips for me?maybe also some healty snacking options?
