Mushroom Kingdom Fusion: Miles "Tails" Prower

Here is an early introduction to my new favourite playable character for the upcoming 0.2 Beta Release: Tails!

I show off all his features and different power ups.

Specials Thanks goes to Obreck2, Black Squirrel and NO Body for their help in making the various custom suits. They look spectacular and original on Tails. Its really something new for Tails fans and I'm sure they'll enjoy playing him in the upcoming release.

Mushroom Kingdom Fusion has been updated by Judgespear to v0.2 Beta (Release Candidate Version) RC1. This is the first version of the project to publicly be called "Mushroom Kingdom Fusion"!

There are a massive amount of new features added since v0.1 Beta RC2 almost three months before, so here's the Readers' Digest Condensed version:

*Four playable characters: Mario, Luigi, Sonic, and Tails, each with their own unique abilities, strengths and weaknesses.
*Thirteen new levels, including Birabuto Bash and Corpse of the Behemoth!
*New powerup: Megaman Suit, the Coalition has the power of the Megaman world at their disposal!
*The MK Coalition HQ: Switch out your characters and save your progress in this special map building.

The next version will be v0.2 Beta. It will include Animation Improvements, Control Changes, More Playable Characters, and most excitingly for me, my Gameover Animation and My Megaman Level Contributions.

Mushroom Kingdom Fusion is still being developed. The latest version as for today (Feb 17th 2011) is 0.41, to get it just click on my name and there's a link to our forums in the channel's info, look for the game releases board. Still working on getting 0.5 ready, it will have new characters and a total of around 140 levels.

Also what library/game making program do you use to make this? Start screen look kinda like RPG Maker's (though animated, but it can be done with RGSS/PowerMode) and while I've seen incredible non-RPG things done with it, it seems to me like overkill to use it for platform game as it require enormous RGSS hacking skills - if you can do this, you can use any other language IMO. But maybe I'm mistaken and title screen only look similar.

Oh, SML: 6 Golden Coins music (though remastered)! That is one of my favorite mario tracks, IMO even better than original SMB music (and I don't mean quality of NES/GB soundchip, but actual score).
