@wateryskipper A troll is someone who talks crap they can't back up. I will glady bet and show you guys how uneffective this complete garbage is. It's a complete joke... it's been exposed many times and one of my favorites is on youtube. Search Tai Chi vs MMA. There's lots of copies so I'm sure you will find it. Enjoy picking up your teeth.
