That steamer isn't even made anymore. I own one. I still use it. I used it tonight for dinner. THIS IS THE BEST APPLIANCE I HAVE EVER OWED. YOU CAN STEAM A FULL MEAL AND TIME EACH ITEM SEPARATELY. I LOVE IT!!
I made bologna, cabbage, potatoes and carrots! All I needed to do was chop and fill this thing with water and push a few buttons!!

I'm trying to find the video of Letterman spraying Simmons with a fire extinguisher. It triggered an asthma attack and Richard didn't come back to the show for 6 years.

The story behind this: This was a trick Dave did on Richard. That tray was a heated tray that was rigged up to blow up his steamer. You can see Dave laughing ahead of time cause he knows what's gonna happen. Richard did not know this was going to happen. Dave & Richard have a great friendship and all of this is slapstick BUT it was a real prank on Richard
