The Beggar and The Bird Rehearsals

Mini doco shows the development of the contemporary dance show, The Beggar and The Bird. Written, choreographed and danced by Amber Gabrielle Stephens with original Score and vocals by Natalie Jean-Marain. The performance was later performed as a 60 min show at Vienna's Odeon Theatre in November 2007. The story is of a Diva who loses everything in order to search for the evocative power of a bird. She ventures into the underworld and learns that true power cannot be attained from another, but found only within. Doco filmed by Tommi Harwarth.
