All Martial Arts Schools Are Not Created Equal. In business Since 1965, Red Dragon has proven its style and commitment to excellence for decades.

Lou Casamassa's Red Dragon Karate is changing the lives of their students one class at a time. Those who study and train at Red Dragon enjoy the additional benefits of improved health, a new body awareness and a sense of accomplishment that comes from learning something truly worthwhile.

Shi-han Sensei Louis Casamassa, a 10th degree black belt is Grand Master of Red Dragon Karate and founder of the American Karate Kung Fu Federation (A.K.K.F.). He originated the American Form style. During the 60s he traveled extensively throughout the Orient studying many different styles of martial arts. In keeping with yankee ingenuity and American tradition he took the best 7 major martial arts forms and combined them into one new powerful and effective style which is known as the Red Dragon style of martial arts.

All of the Red Dragon instructors are are Black Belt Professionals. Their energy, enthusiasm, helpfulness and friendliness are proof that our program works. Parents enrolling children and teens are reassured to know that classes are conducted by instructors who expect best behavior, uphold rule, and provide continuous supervision. They strive daily to be the best they can be and theyre dedicated to passing along that special quality of assurance and achievement to every student.

  • We love RDK.

  • Red dragon ahs been changing the lives of their students for over 40 years. Thats a really remarkable accomplishment. There are very few styles that incorporate the many aspects of the fighting arts. Red Dragon does all that- everyday. That's one of the reasons why Red Dragon was VOTED Best eclectic Martial arts style by Black Belt Magazine.

  • This school of karate uses the same anecdotal evidence as apple jacks cereal does. So long as you compare the students to untrained civilians it looks like a worth while way to spend your time and money.

Don't be fooled by these flashy moves, they ignore the importance of centre, they open up too many areas and they are weak.

If you watch kumite matches you'll see the types of attacks that end fights, none are preformed well here.

Video poster, I've been critical but polite, please allow this.

  • @reddragonkarate1 Who voted it best, Black Belt Magazine or it's subscribers? Either way it's a few opinionated columnists venting their thoughts or a fanbase voting for itself.
