Hi, I'm a 21 year old woman. I have Spina Bifida and I am a lower leg amputee. I had my daughter 3 years ago and since then, I've struggled to get rid of the weight I gained. I was a size 8 before my pregnancy and now I am a size 14. Does anyone have any tips? Any exercise tips?
