@Kitty8Tim You are supposed to do it 3x a week for 12 weeks to chisel your body - at least that's what they recommend.

@TheBarefootWarrior I'd say it probably would chisel your body, but it's a tough one. Will do it again, but maybe not 3 times per week. :p

@AtlasAtPeace Do you mean how did I learned Kettlebells? I owe it all to my other half, Andrew. He's both personal trainer and Advanced Kettlebell Coach. I've been learning kettlebells for the past year or so. Fitness has been a big part of the last 2 1/2 years though. Never read any of Pavel's books I afraid.
