One of the most beautiful love songs ever. Hadn´t heard that one in ages but thanks to a wonderful birthday present I got to hear it again and remembered how much I used to love that song. So here´s my rendition, hope you´ll like it a bit.

After I listened to your DREAMY VOICE, I felt that there was a very beautiful WHITE light coming from heaven down to EARTH because the GATE of Heaven was opened to make all angels there come down to EARTH to listen to YOUR SWEET SINGING VOICE!!! @theBESTelvis: Thanks very much, dear. No, Dan Fogelberg wasn´t German, he was from the US but I guess he was Jewish. He died of cancer. This song is one of the most beautiful ones ever. Love it to pieces.

Dan Fogelberg was American. His father, Lawrence Fogelberg (the inspiration for "Leader of the Band") was American-Swedish (Fogelberg means "Mountain Bird" in Swedish) and his mother is from Scotland. He passed from advanced prostate cancer on 12/16/07.
