I'm British and I've learnt the words to The Star Spangled Banner. I noticed they missed a bit out of their rendition, but nethertheless it was a lovely thing to do - and it was very supportive. It doesn't feel like it was 10 years ago.

Without the British there would be no America. We are now more distant cousins than direct relations but as the saying goes, "Sangre es Sangre" Blood Is Blood

Out of the ten people who disliked this video, 1 was hanged by his own people, 2 were killed by predator airstrikes, 1 took a bullet to the head from Seal team 6 in abbottabad, and the rest died when they crossed swords with US and British troops in Afghanistan. Long live the Special Relationship!

This always makes me tear up. There was so much chaos and sickening fear on 9/12 that I didn't even find out about this geture for a long time. Still brings tears to my eyes.

My thanks to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth and to all of Great Britain for your support and friendship. God bless you all!

At the Changing of the Guards, GOD SAVE THE QUEEN is always played but in this instant, HM The Queen ordered that The Star Spangled Banner be played as a show of solidarity with the US. I believe it was the first time that a foreign anthem was played at the Changing of the Guards without the Head of State of that country present. This is perhaps the highest honour accorded to any State by Britain - and by Royal Command!!

God Bless The Queen. I am not British but I believe that The Queen was kind and good-hearted to do this. On a side note, My mom's family has roots to English Royalty dating to the 1500's. I think it was Queen Elizabeth I that we were related to.

This makes me emotional...brits and americans will forever be brothers, even though we mess with each other and often compete with each other, deep down inside we know we are all in this together...
