Netflix Falls on Deaf Ears Again!

Netflix discriminates Deaf and Hard of Hearing people for their refusal to provide captions for online streaming videos. Netflix have the nerve to post "Through Deaf Eyes", the most cherished PBS documentary about Deaf people and Deaf Culture on their website available for online streaming WITHOUT CAPTIONS available! Enough is Enough!

you're particular disabillity I would nowhere near compare this to womens rights however I understand wanting to make a change but just because they do not provide a service that you would need to enjoy a movie you are not starving because of this obviousley (and before you get started no I never said you were less desserving because of your handicap) you sue them ? this sounds more or less like a scam why not make a profit off of the already rich

based upon what I have researched thus far this simpy sounds like an abuse of your rights you realize that because this violates the terms of americans with disabilites act you viciously attack any group like this to get you're own way you go on a sue frenzy just because they did not think to add a feature that would benifit you as which I will admit alot of people do not consider what the handicapped go through not because they are inconsiderate however just they never had to deal with

how is not watching a movie because you cant hear it getting pissed off .. I watch movies with subs all the time not hearing a foreign movie does not affect me hearing a movie in english does because it is the language I speak I apologise for the amount of messages its just that this topic has put a lot on my mind just because I have the abillity to hear doesnt mean I would sit there in your face and deny that its a great thing to be able to if your are willing to

a store that sells all white chocolate is discriminitory to people who are black by that logic ...most people who cant find what there looking for in one place checks somewhere else so netflix dosent have what you want boo fucking whooo its a pity they dont provide CC but they do not and you obviously seem to deny the fact that you can order almost every DVD you want I dont piss and moan when I cant watch a movie with no or altered sound quality I send it back and try again

this is nowhere in the ballpark of the civil rights movement were talking about netflix its netflix ! you dont like it than find something that suites your needs they arent purposfully neglecting deaf people and its not as if there is abesolutley no consideration for deaf people at all if you feel inequal that is your problem you let yourself be infereor with that type of mentality thats my point of view
