@TheFatBiowareNerd First levels are meant to be a warm-up for beginners; that part is true if the person making the rom hack wants to be fair. However most rom hacks are meant to be more difficult than the original game; if you can handle the challenge then play it, but if not why play something you can't handle even with practice.
I'm not a hacker and I never said I was, but I do agree that play testing is needed before releasing a rom hack so that it doesn't blow like this rom hack did.

Not everybody wants hard shit thrown at them in the first fucking level. You hackers have no idea how to properly balance a game's difficulty and how to properly beta-test the God damn thing!!!
-
Hes also used hideous cement blocks and had the vines at 5:04 appear spontaneously. This is a disgrace.

What an awful hack. An unchanged overworld, broken exits, there isnt any flow, the level is unfocused and its as vanilla as possible.

@NecroVMX i took your commentary as a review, and by your own words you didnt like the hack.

"Hopefully you got some laughs out of it guys."

wow if this is a hack of mario world I would hate to see how the hack of donkey kong country would look like
i've watched other reviewers who play mario hacks, and to be honest for the first one of yours... it wasn't all that good, and although the hack was wack; it was still easy to break in several ways. i would go into detail, but why even bother when the hack is not worth the time...

Can you really copyright a hack of a copyrighted video game?

Of course not

Hey Necro, since this is a hack, did you get sound when you played this?
PhantosTheHedgehog 2 years ago
no, it has nothing to do with the game, it's a thing with the emulator itself
