That actually sounds quite reasonable. Pay and status should be dictated by experience and capability, and her predecessor had more experience than her. Her lower pay was connected with her inexperience - nothing at all to do with gender.

@fruticetum There is some truth that a brain drain happened in female dominated jobs like nursing and teaching when this happened. This lead to underqulified people takeing those jobs.

I love Condi, and I would vote for her. I am just stating the truth. Things started to go to hell right after the income tax started back in the teens and 20's, and women are the ones who vote for this socialist shit. Now it's worse because so many of these women have illegitimate kids.
