Biography of Shaykh Abdullah Al-Harariyy Al-Habashiyy.
Ash-Shaykh ^Abdullah al-Harariyy is very pious, humble, and worshipful Muslim. He spends his time teaching al-^Ilm and performing ath-thikr (mentioning sentences containing the names of Allah) at the same time. He does not care about acquiring worldly things. He has a good and pure heart. He does not waste a moment without teaching, performing thikr, reciting, admonishing, or guiding. He has the correct belief in Allah and is holding on to al-Qur'an and as-Sunnah. He has a good memory and powerful and brilliant proofs. He is wise, managing things at the right time and place. He refuses and renounces disobeying Allah very much . He has a high effort in bidding al-ma^ruf and forbidding al-munkar (ordering with obedience and prohibiting the disobedience) until the people of misguidance and prohibited innovations feared and envied him.

These misguided people started spreading false claims and misleading people about him and the group AICP(Association of Islamic Charitable Projects). They chose to name the group Al-Ahbash in order to poison peoples minds and to make them think we started a new sect. Shaykh ^Abdullah proved them wrong time and time again. He calls to adhere to the Jama^ah of Ahlus-Sunnah and not to stray as sects did as he never taught or said anything without strong proof from the Quran, Hadith and what previous Scholars have said.

Shaykh ^Abdullah said : "We are a group of Muslims who do not follow a new scheme or an idea that was innovated 50, 200, or 600 years ago. The scheme innovated 50 years ago is that of Sayyid Qutb and Taqiyyud-din an-Nabahaniyy; the one innovated 200 years ago is that of Muhammad ibn Abdul-Wahhab; and the one innovated 600 years ago is that of Ibn Taymiyah, from which Ibn Abdul-Wahhab took some of his ideas..

The Challenge remains open for those who can prove that we oppose the Quran, the Sunnah, the Hadith, any of the schools of islam or the Scholarly consensus.

The name of our organisation is the Association of the Islamic Charity Projects and as i said we as students of Shaykh al-habashi have been called Habashis or ahbash and thats what people know us as so thats who you probably mean when you say ahbash yes

The students of Shaykh Abdullah al-Habashi were originally labelled as ahbash by wahhabis to try and decieve people to think we are not part of the Sunni muslims, but we have debated with them and proven them wrong many times.

7 At-Ta^aqqubul-Hathith ^ala man ta^ana fima sahha minal-Hadith, published. In this book, Shaykh ^Abdullah refuted the claims of the Albaniyy against some hadiths. The Muhaddith of Morocco, Shaykh ^Abdullah al-Ghammariyy, said about the book it is a good and well written refutation.
