  • i think that depends on how you define/what you consider an addiction. and as someone who works in the addiction field, i can only say what i see, and food addiction is very real.

    I could say many things once I have them i could eat some thing then finish the food and want more for the rest of the day

    I'm well aware of the research that links brain chemistry to bulimia and compulsive overeating. Hello, I've read articles on it!

    However, my problem is in the semantics... calling it a FOOD ADDICTION is the issue, not the brain chemistry. To say that one is addicted to food, ALL FOOD, is absolutely absurd! I'm sorry, there are NO CASES or studies that proves there are such a thing as FOOD addiction.
