that is actually not true.
the information that we're given on the protein in meat is based on RAW CUTS (check out the fine print at the bottom of a beef commercial). Do you know anyone who eats raw cuts of meat?

Ok I commented before, very gently toast off all spices before using them, don't put them in raw thats just no good. Also when using asian spices do not use olive oil, it just doesn't go, use rapeseed oil or hemp oil ( they are better healthwise anyway)

Meat is not a poor source of protein its actually much better than hemp, rice, or soy proteins.
That being said, most commercial meat is treated with growth hormones and are raised in a way that may harm your body in the long run, so vegetarianism is a good option.
