  • I''ve learned a lot from watching your

great video I have a Boston butt in my smoker right now :D I've kept the temp in my smoker higher than you it was between 250 and 300. Used big green egg lump charcoal and the weber chimney. Right now the temp on the butt is between 170 and 180. I'm gonna order one of those thermometors like you have

  • @goldencountry thanks for the comment, however, look into the bbqguru system, i have actually upgraded to that, and it's the best thing i have ever purchased that is BBQ related. the maverick system, only lasted about a year.

  • DOES IT COME WITH BEARD SAUCE?

  • DOES IT COME WITH BEARD SAUCE?

  • i got same bbq as you $180 at lowes or depot, its done its job good but after years of use and burnt down alkaline charcoal its a rust bucket now :( basicly now i use the cast grates and grill some burgers over oak / hickory fire FANTASTIC burger only take about 2-3 mins to cook seared to perfection and a suttle smoke flavor, puts big burger franchise to shame!

  • Good tunes, and good food, only thing missing, a nice cold pint a BEER! Cheers!

My Boston butt turned out great! Right now I have a new braunfels off set firebox smoker. I Next time I will follow what you did. I was looking for videos that showed how to pull the pork. I've been cooking for about 6 years plus now and have learned from trial and error like most of us do :D I will look into the one you mentioned. I was not happy with the last batch of ribs I cooked but everyone kept saying "how good" they were. lol when I knew they were over cooked.
