sorry to break this to you mate but this is not djing,djing is decks weather that be cdjs or decks plus a mixer and useing pitch control i aint knocking you fact is i am about to buy myself a hercules but this aint djing not when you can press a button and it does it for you'sync button'

Hey I agree completely! I held on to vinyl as long as I could. I have years on vinyl decks and I miss them. But the industry moved to MP3 based releases instead of vinyl. While it's true the software does a lot of the sync work, you still have to use your ears to mix and that's a skill you never stop getting better at.

how is the quality of the internal soundcard?

I think it's pretty good. I record straight into Traktor and the quality is fine. Likewise the audio out jacks are fine.

i imported the TKS file, follow all steps and works fine but...My jog wheels doesn't work with traktor 3.. why ? any clue? Please help!

I honestly have no idea. I have never had this problem. Did you contact customer support at Hercules?

beat matching was a thing of the past before the option to have your music automatically synced allowing you to be more creative through the use of effects, samples, etc. some people still choose to manually beat match, and some choose to use new technology to have it done for them. and some are whiners and complain about the way everyone else does their work. it's 2011, and the evolving technology is making the way we do things a lot easier so take advantage and stop bitching.

BS if you ask me; DJ'ing is creating a series of sounds that are great to listen to. And I'm getting sick of all those people that think that the sync button does it all in digital DJ'ing; I have to prepare every single song I want to use to perfection, cuz I can't change trainwrecked tracks anymore when I'm playing in sync. The CD-DJ can simply go somewhere and use his tracks right away. The difference between digital and analog is that the preparation takes place at home instead of the club!

some people do use the pith matching but not all computer djs do that so don"t tripp on the the guy till u know for sure
