-Intel i5 2500k (stock clocks)
-XFX Radeon 6870 with 2GB GDDR5 (stock clocks)
-8GB G.SKILL Dual Channel RAM
-GIGABYTE GA-Z68XP-UD3 Motherboard
-1TB 7200 RPM HDD
-21" 1080p Hanns G monitor (all games tested at native resolution).

@neo5462 I don't remember exactly which Catalyst I was on when I did this. I know it was the most recent version at the time, and it was before 12 came out. So, it was some late 11 version.

Trying to decide gpu. Which would be better for games like Skyrim, BF3, etc. Gtx 560 non ti or HD 6870?

@xlazmlx Definitely the 6870. If it were a 560Ti, then it might be a different story, but the normal 560 is pretty weak. I'd look at the new 7770, which is about the same price as a 6870, about as powerful, but newer and built on the new 28nm process. Also, keep in mind that if you plan to add another card and run two in CFX, you'll want more than 1GB of VRAM, but that will cost you.
