Tomb Raider 3 Individual Speedrun - Temple Ruins Part 1

Part 1 of Temple Ruins done in 12:46.

Only a couple of shortcuts used in this one. The jump to the tree limb at the start is very difficult to do. I get the 2 keys in reverse order because it seemed to be the easier route.

The first underwater switch got messed up because if you hold action when dropping into the water, Lara should stop to pull the switch, but for some reason she just sunk to the bottom anyway and lost me about 2 seconds. A standing jump over the boulder seems to be the only way to get by without any health loss.

The biggest shortcut was the swim bug in the tall room. To do it, first do a simple swim bug, then hold up and action, Lara will fall and go back up. When she goes back up, keep holding up and action and quickly press roll and Lara will flicker toward the opening. When the boulder goes past, press action to drop to the opening.
