SketchUp tutorial for handles and other practical things. If you the inner circle move to the outside, move the inner circle in a little arc to outside. Better see in the same channel in "paint 2". Automatic break off crossing lines in SketchUp-Version 7/8 is annoying. I use mostly Version 6.
Got it, its the "follow me" tool

After copying the arches what happens between 0:12 and 0:14? Somthing with the offset tool? But what? How do I get the arches conected with a surface?

2 circles intersect automatically in SU 8, so it's impossible! can u solve this?

@urgenurgen1960 Yes, I already knew, having established SU5

@nomad82tube
See 29-30sеc.. ... In SU7 is going to happen the intersection of two circles, and further movement is impossible ... In SU5 crossing does not occur, and the circle can be moved)))

@Allswells24 after you turned the arch of 12 degrees, just type "x29", and will receive 29 copies arc in a circle. See "Creating array" on official Google SketchUp site

@pboonnao try this:
1) erase the exterior circumference face
2) select the inner circle and scale
3) try to scale as far u can, this action will avoid the geometry to mixed up
4) sometime the geometry joins at edges creating spike region betwen faces
5) erase spike region and heal geometry with lines to create a new circle edge
6) some times it will apear a middle disk like at 0:27s
7) u can fixed by selecting the disk exterior and scale back until -1
hope this help u
