Ignore the haters man, it was fucking awesome!!
Not everyone wants to go as fast as the ar can an enter, it's risking too much if it spins
I bet it brings a smile to your face every time it kicks out, no harm done, no one hurt and you drive away chuffed feeling like D.K ;)
Keep it up bro

@SpeedJunkie1 No offense I just want to point out that in Initial D they only messed up the angles in the first few episodes and by the end of season 1 pretty much everyone was aiming for smaller angles.
Nice drift though, glad the car was still OK after that last part :)

@justins13brolla ...If it can keep the rear wheels spinning than it will hold a drift. You can drift a go kart cant you? And thats as short of a wheel base as it will ever get. The effects of a shorter wheel base are dynamics-related, not usable traction-related. A shorter car will be more twitchy and will handle more "sharply" but it all comes down to those 4 paper-sized patches between the tires and the road.

@justins13brolla Simply put, you are wrong. There is one fastest way to go around those corners and it certainly is not by sliding. So the higher the angle the slower the corner speed will be. Yes, you will need to carry more speed down the straight and as you enter the corner but, ultimately, the corner speed will be slower if the angle is higher. Its not me telling you this, its physics. Also, the wheel base has little to do with how well a car can hold a drift....

@justins13brolla That video was when I had the Falken Azenis. Any lesser tire wouldve equaled less speed. And this isnt Initial D where more angle = more speed lol. I definitely couldve gotten higher angle (sacrificing speed) but not only was that not the point of going drifting, but it definitely wasnt worth the increased risk.

hahahah i could run faster
great job man. I recently bought a Miata and I have so many plans for it. You did a good job drifting.

That is a sweet S-turn. Is that a two lane road? It doesn't look like there's a center line. Jealous for realz.

@Olysk8er Its a road that pretty much leads to a dead end and is "End State Maintenance." Theres barely any traffic, maybe one car for four hours.
