This concludes the Concerto for Violoncello & Orchestra, a composition in two movements. The Finale in this video is only recently composed (May 2011) and has not had the opportunity for a live performance to be recorded. A live performance of the 1st movement may be found here:

  • As an all live listener classis music..I do not pretend to be an expert..but I like your compositions .There are more critics than composer and history show me the name of the composers remain, the critics ones gone forever. Go ahead.....

  • Bravo!!...great job!..beautiful!!

  • Beautiful performance !

  • Although Sibelius is very realistic in sound and performance you need phantasy for to can pretend this piece in a live concert. The live recording with Michail Gelfandbein as soloist is a good help. It would be very nice to hear this piece in a live concert. I love the fugato part and the glockenspiel most.

  • Molto Bravo

  • Bravo...

  • Excellent!

  • The fugue at 8: something is great. too! Wow! Superior mind...

  • Great work, I love the seriousness of training you show. but watch out for too conventional tunes like the one displayed around 3:14 forward. Embroidering doesn't cover that up. I hope I don't get too much hate mail for this ; ) I admit I wouldn't be up to such a challenge myself...

By the way you need a hell of a performer around 6:40 and forward!
