  • No, the deeper you can go the more joint health and the more you recruit the hamstrings and glutes. Most people are limited in their squatting ability and this version allows many to get much deeper than their standard squat.

  • good vid i like doing zercher squats with the sandbag but isnt it bad going that low on a squat
