@scullyy That is true! But the funny fact is that the majority of the norwegian population doesn't speak the danish-norwegian type. It is sadly the most used written language, but New Norwegian is the second official language, and a mix of all the norwegain accents, which comes from norse.

Personally i prefer New Norwegian, because it's more norwegian than the common written norwegian, and both laguages is mandatory in schools.

I dissagree I feel its more in the general throat area, if it was in your mouth you wouldn't really have much communication beyond a muffled sound. While the danish language is more like gutteral upchuck.
