Hanen Program, More Than Words, People Toys, Bean Bag Game & Bubbles

After taking some classes of the Hanen Program "More Than Words" I learned how to interact and have Aiden take more turns in games. We used People Toys, toys that he needs a person to help him play. He's not talking but he does let me know he wants to play more by eye contact, laying down, and hitting the pillow. My son Aiden likes deep pressure and the Bean Bag Chair/ Pillow really helps him to be regulated. When we move on to the bubbles he does say "bubble" if you listen carefully. And he gives me the bubble maker to make more bubbles. This is a home visit from the Hanen Program "More Than Words". We also Use his Go Talk 20 for him to communicate. These are all little steps, but little steps are a big deal for Aiden! :)
