  • how's the performance? Im thinking about getting a refurbished one from the apple online store. Would you recommend getting it for the uses of internet, email, video editing, garageband, iphoto, and school work. Since I will be using this much, do you think I should buy a new white one with a larger hard drive?

  • It's pretty fast, not lightning fast but very clean, smooth, and does processes in a short matter of time. Internet, iPhoto, school work, and email will work wonderfully. garage band, video editing will be fine.

  • hows the trackpad?

  • its pretty cool. definately better than the white/black macbook-the only thing is you need to click on the bottom 3/4 of, like a normal trackpad. i dont use it too often, though, only when traveling.

  • My laptop would kick that things ass.

  • i have that computer

  • well then a mac should do great. its great for students, simple enough for moms, and advanced for graphic designers. and its compatible with microsoft word, vista, etc.

  • I am currently a college student going to uni soon so i needed a laptop which wont slow down despite using large hd capacity

I have a vista laptop bought it 5 months ao and is running really slow for a dual core

  • im 14. i use it for school, video editing in imovie and final cut express, and graphic design.

  • that is what i have (2ghz aluminum). what work do you do?
