Hellyeah song sounds similar to Pantera song

I was on itunes and was listening to Hellyeahs (Vinnie Pauls new band) new cd and noticed the track "Waging War" sounds alot like "Strength Beyond Strength" by pantera. watch it and tell me what you think.

Well the guitar and drum is tuned differently on Waging War. A lil lower than Strength Beyond Strength. But other than that they are goin in the same direction.

hellyeah is a watered down, Government controlled version of Pantera.

What I ment is that its not a very originally written part, you could put exactly that part in alot of metal songs without sounding totally unfiting. I do not feel like going over 10 songs to find out whether it fits in or not, my point is that I know (after alot of listening to alot of metal bands) that this particular part would fit in alot of songs.

When you take the solo from 'Floods' or the clean riff from 'The Sleep' for example, it doesnt fit in any song that easily
